The Kansas Film Databases listed above are designed to offer the most comprehensive and up to date information on production services, projects, and locations available in the area.

These databases are offered as a resource by the Kansas Film Commission. While we make every attempt to verify accuracy, we cannot certify, endorse or recommend any entry.

Production Guide

The Kansas Production Guide is a detailed directory of local crew, companies, talent, and resources available to productions shooting in the state. 

To be eligible to list in the crew and companies section of the guide, applicants must:

• Have a Kansas or Greater Kansas City Area address (30 mile radius of KC)
  - some exceptions for services only offered regionally
• Have a total of at least 3 credits
  - exceptions for "production assistant" and "intern" listing as well as some ancillary services
• Have a least 1 credit for every category listed

Project Database

The Kansas Project Database is a directory of productions filmed in the state spanning decades. All project types, from features to industrials, are included in all stage of production.

To be eligible to list in the database, A portion of a project must be filmed in Kansas and/or the Greater Kansas City Area (30 mile radius)
