KC actor Michael Joiner, star of Sony Pictures "The Grace Card", lands two more film roles

 

Michael Joiner, star of SONY Picture’s The Grace Card has recently finished shooting his latest film, “Broken Faith.” 

In this action/thriller, Michael stars as Dan Zebrowski, a suicidal ex special operatives, so tormented by a secret in his past that he shuns everything he once held dear, faith, family, and even life itself. But when a corrupt ATF agent attempts to kill his eldest daughter, he’s faced with coming to grips with the personal demons that are slowly destroying his life. This gritty tale has been described as “Die Hard” meets “The Blind Side.”

In 2011, Michael Joiner received rave reviews for his lead role as a racist Memphis policeman, in The Grace Card  : The Hollywood Reporter said, “Actor-comedian Michael Joiner delivers a POWERFULLY INTENSE PERFORMANCE as Mac McDonald in The Grace Card!”

Actor/Comedian Michael Joiner began his career in Hollywood in the late 80’s where he studied with some of LA’s most notable acting coaches.He has been based in Kansas City since 2009. In 2012 Michael is set to co star in the drama The Persecuted with Kevin Sorbo and Stephen Baldwin.

While the role of Dan Zebrowski in Broken Faith” is a dramatic one (as is most of Michael’s film roles), Michael is best known as one of the nation’s funniest “clean” comedians.
